Frequently asked questions

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 13:30 to 01:00, check-out by 11:00. We can be flexible on request, subject to availability.
Can I leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. Luggage storage costs €5 per bag, per day, paid online when you request it.
How does the booking request work?
You send a request with dates and number of guests. Marco checks availability directly with the property and then sends you the payment instructions as soon as the room is confirmed.
When do I receive the final confirmation?
After payment. You'll receive an email and/or SMS with all your booking details.
How does room payment work?
Rooms are not paid on arrival. Payment must be made online within 24 hours of availability confirmation. The booking is valid only after payment.
How does the airport transfer work?
Flat €130. You request it online and pay the deposit; the service is valid once the host confirms it.
How does restaurant booking work?
€5 service fee. The host books for you and you get 10% off your restaurant bill.
Is payment online or with the host?
Services (luggage, transfer, restaurant) are paid online. Rooms are paid online after availability is confirmed.

We're in Milan, 50 m from MM3 Sondrio metro and about 600 m from Milano Centrale Station. Easy to reach by metro, taxi or private transfer. Exact location is on the map below.
